HAMBURGER BUNS 
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 c. warm water
10 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 (2 oz.) pkg. yeast or 3 pkg. dry yeast in 3/4 c. warm water and 1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt

Beat eggs, add sugar, oil, and beat again. Add warm water and 3-4 cups flour with salt and beat. Add yeast mixture and more flour until too stiff for beater. Then mix with spoon and knead into a soft loaf. Oil loaf and let rise until double in bulk (1 hour or so). Roll out gently about 3/4 inch thick and cut with large round cookie cutter (can use empty clean tuna can). Place on greased cookie sheets about 1 inch apart and let raise another hour. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until brown. Makes 5 dozen buns.
