1 c softened butter
3/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c sugar
2 eggs
1 pkg (4 serving) vanilla pudding
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 pkg chocolate chips

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, pudding and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour and baking soda. Stir in chocolate chips.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes at 350°F.
