BEST KIND CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 1/4 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding
2 eggs
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Mix flour and soda. Combine sugar, butter and pudding mix. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Add flour mixture and then chips. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not over bake. They will stay soft if baked until just lightly brown.
