ANY - FRUIT PUDDING 
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
Dash salt
1 egg
1 qt. fresh fruit (apples, peaches, etc.)

Mix dry ingredients. Make well; drop egg in center and mix until in crumbs. Chop fruit and place in greased, 8 inch pan. Pour crumbs over fruit and spread to edges. Dot top with about 2 tablespoons butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
