NOODLE RINGS 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter, melted
Hot boiled noodles, drained (10 to 12 oz. cooked)

Place in well buttered 10 inch ring mold. Set in pan of water (1 inch deep). Bake until knife stuck into center comes out clean. Unmold. Fill center with hot creamed chicken or seafood. Serve immediately.
