4 oz. broad egg noodles
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. melted butter

Cook noodles according to directions on package. Rinse and drain. Add other ingredients. Mix well and bake 1 1/2 hours in 300 degree oven in a buttered ring mold. Turn out onto platter before serving. Serves 6.
