RHUBARB LOAF 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. salad oil
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. rhubarb, chopped
1/2 c. nuts

Combine salad oil, sugar, and egg. Mix well. Add soda to sour cream and add to above mixture. Add salt, vanilla and flour. Add rhubarb and nuts. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Dot top with butter and sprinkle with sugar before baking.
