LO-CAL BARBECUED MEATBALLS 
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
3 lbs. ground turkey
2 1/4 c. oatmeal
2 eggs
1 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder

Mix and shape into balls the size of walnuts. Place in flat pan, one layer to a pan. Cover with sauce recipe that follows.

LO-CAL SAUCE FOR BARBECUED MEATBALLS:

2 c. tomato sauce
1 c. brown sugar replacement
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped onion

Mix sauce ingredients together until sugar substitute dissolves. Pour over meatballs and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Recipe serves approximately 12.
