BARBECUED MEATBALLS | |
2 lbs. ground beef 1 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 2 cans Campbell's tomato soup 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Make meatballs after mixing salt and pepper with beef. Brown in skillet, use a little cooking oil. Pour off fat. Then combine remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs. Simmer 20 minutes. Stir now and then. Don't add sauce until meatballs are browned on outside. |
