MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 onion, cut up

Fry hamburger meat and onion until done; let drain. 2 sm. pkgs. Mexican cornbread

Mix as directed on package.

Put half of the batter in a skillet, then put the meat (layered) and onions. Put the cheese on top of meat. Pour the rest of the cornbread mix on top and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
