2 boxes Jiffy muffin mix
1 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 c. minced onions
1/2 c. Jalapeno peppers
1/2 c. grated cheese

Grease baking pan (Pyrex). Mix 1 box muffin mix as directions on box and pour in baking pan. Spread browned and drained hamburger meat on muffin mix. Spread onions on top of hamburger. Spread peppers on top of onion. Spread grated cheese on top of onions. Mix 1 box muffin mix as directions on box and pour on top of cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until done.
