STEAK MARINADE | |
2 steaks (your favorite kind) 1/2 (12 oz.) can beer 5 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (per steak) 5 tbsp. your favorite BBQ sauce (per steak) meat tenderizer garlic salt and powder (both) steak seasoning (I use McCormick's) Tenderize steak with a fork, each side of steak. Put steak into container or pan. Start with the tenderizer, add some steak seasoning, garlic salt and powder, BBQ and Worcestershire sauce and finish with the beer. The beer thins out the mixture and after tenderizing the steak helps the steak soak up the seasoning. Repeat for each side of each steak and let marinade. The time is minimum of 4 hours but is best overnight in refrigerator. The beer also helps tenderize the steak. Cook on grill on medium heat to your liking. Note: You can also play with other seasonings to find your style. Submitted by: Chris Thorn |
