HONEY'S FAMOUS CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
3 c. butter Crisco
2 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 1/4 c. white sugar
6 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. salt
7 cups flour
24 oz. bag chocolate chips

Mix everything, except the flour and chocolate chips, until creamy. Stir in flour and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.

Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 9 minutes.

Note: Cookies will look like they aren't done, but take them out of the oven and allow to cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet. Transfer onto brown paper bag to finish cooling.
