HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 can water packed artichoke hearts
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3 drops Tabasco sauce

Process drained hearts and garlic until finely chopped. Mix all ingredients well. Cook in microwave 2 minutes on high or until bubbly. Serve with Wheat Thins.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
