MEAT LOAF 
2 lb. ground beef (or turkey)
2 eggs
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/4 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. sweet pickle relish
1 env. dry onion soup mix

Combine all ingredients. Form into 2 rolls. Freeze one, if desired. Bake the other in a shallow pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 4-6 per rolls.

This is a recipe I found early in married life. It was easy for a novice cook but so tasty that it remains a family favorite 26 years later. Any leftovers make great sandwiches.
