APPLESAUCE GLAZED PORK ROAST 
4 to 5 lbs. boneless pork loin roast, rolled and tied
1 1/2 c. applesauce
3/4 c. red currant jelly
4 tsp. or 4 beef flavor bouillon cubes
1/4 tsp. ground allspice

Insert meat thermometer into thickest part of roast.

Roast at 325 degrees in shallow pan uncovered about 2 1/2 hours or until registers 170. Meanwhile in saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Cook and stir until bouillon dissolves. Baste roast with 1/3 or 1/2 mixture during last 30 minutes of roasting. Serve remaining sauce with meat.
