5 med. bananas 1 tbsp. butter 1/3 c. orange juice 1 tbsp. lemon juice 3 tbsp. brown sugar, packed 2/3 c. shredded coconut Cut each banana in fourths. Arrange in greased 9 inch pie plate. Dot with butter. Drizzle with orange and lemon juice. Sprinkle with brown sugar and coconut. Bake at 370 degrees until coconut is golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 5 to 6 servings. |
