1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together. Teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

ICING:

1/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
2/3 c. Crisco
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients together. Place icing in middle of 2 cookies.
