DARING DAIQUIRI PIE 
1 9" baked pastry shell, cooled
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed & undiluted
1/3 c. light rum
3 drops (or more) green food coloring
1 (4 1/2 oz.) container frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and limeade and beat until smooth. Add rum. Stir in desired amount of food coloring. Fold in whipped topping and pour into pastry shell. Refrigerate 4-6 hours or until firm. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate.
