TOSCA CAKE 
2 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. wheat flour

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Mix eggs and sugar well. Melt butter and add to mixture of eggs and sugar. Stir well. Turn mixture into springform pan and bake 20 minutes or until light brown.

TOPPING:

Mix 3 1/2 oz. butter with 1/3 cup sugar, 1 pkg. of sliced almonds, 1 tbsp. milk and 1 tbsp. wheat flour. Simmer until it thickens and spread over the cake. Bake until the topping is light brown.
