CHOCOLATE MOUSSE | |
12 oz. semisweet chocolate pieces 1/2 cup boiling water 2 tsp. brandy 4 eggs, separated 2 tbsp. sugar (or to taste) In a blender, combine chocolate pieces, boiling water, brandy and egg yolks. Blend until smooth and let cool to room temperature. Meanwhile, beat egg whites with mixer/egg beater til stiff. Fold cooled chocolate mixture carefully into beaten egg whites. Refrigerate til ready to serve or spoon into individual serving bowls, cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours. Makes 6 servings. Submitted by: Belle |
