LASAGNA ROLL - UPS 
7 lasagna noodles, cooked
2 c. spaghetti sauce

FILLING:

15 oz. Ricotta cheese
1 egg
4 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. dry parsley flakes

Cover bottom of 6 x 10 inch pan with 2/3 cup spaghetti sauce. Mix filling ingredients together. Cut lasagna noodles in half and put 1 tablespoon of cheese filling on each and spread. Roll up and place in single layer in pan. Spoon rest of sauce over noodles; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let set 10 minutes.
