HOT PAN ROLLS 
1 tbsp. yeast
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. oil
5-6 c. Hot Roll Master Mix

Dissolve yeast in 1 1/2 cup lukewarm water in bowl. Mix in eggs, oil, and Master Mix. Knead on floured surface for 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl, turning to greased surface. Let rise covered in warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in bulk. Punch dough down. Shape into small rolls. Place in greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
