EASY HOT ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
3 tbsp. warm water
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. warm water
4 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in 3 tablespoons warm water. Beat eggs in large bowl. Add sugar, salt, 1 cup warm water and yeast mixture. Mix thoroughly and add flour gradually. Cover dough and let rise until triple in bulk; work down. Form into rolls and place in greased pans; let rise. Bake in 450 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 24 rolls.
