HOT ROLLS 
1 tbsp. yeast
1/4 c. hot water
1 c. scalded warm milk
2 well beaten eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
4 1/2-5 c. flour

In a 4-cup bowl, mix yeast, warm water, and 1 teaspoon sugar. Set aside to raise. Mix milk, eggs, sugar, oil, and salt together. Add yeast; mix well. Add flour to mixture one cup at a time. When all flour is added, knead only until all flour is mixed into dough.

Set aside and let rise until dough has doubled in size. Punch down and make into rolls or bread loaves. Bake at 450 degrees for 12-115 minutes for rolls, 30 minutes for bread.
