SWEET & SOUR PORK 
1 lb. pork, cut into 1" squares
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. Accent (opt.)
1/2 tsp. salt

SAUCE:

1 onion, coarsely chopped
1 green pepper, 1" pieces
1 carrot, 1" pieces, parboiled
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. ketchup
1 pan pineapple chunks, drain & reserve juice
1/3 c. pineapple juice
1 tsp. soy sauce

Dip pork in egg, then flour. Deep fry 6 to 8 minutes until brown and done; drain. Heat onion, green pepper, carrot in wok or frying pan with 2 tablespoons oil. Add sugar, vinegar, ketchup and pineapple juice. Bring to a boil. Add pineapple chunks and soy sauce. Cook for about 2 minutes. Add pork. Serve over cooked rice.
