FLEISHBROTH 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 head of cabbage
Bread dough
1 sm. onion

Brown meat. Add chopped up cabbage to boiling water. Cut up onion and add to meat. Drain cabbage and add a tablespoon of butter. Combine everything. Take bread dough that has been allowed to rise and using about 1/6 at a time, roll out using a small amount of flour. Spoon on mixture and fold up. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove and butter or flour tops.
