STEAK SINATRA 
2 lb. good quality beef, cut into thin strips about 1 1/4 inches long
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Ketchup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. A - 1 sauce
3 tbsp. spicy mustard
Seasoning: pepper, basil, oregano
A little marsala wine

Saute garlic in olive oil lightly and then brown steak. For sauce, combine remaining ingredients. Add sauce to steak and simmer until thickened, about 20 minutes. Makes 3/4 to 1 c. sauce. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
