1 can mandarin oranges, with juice
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs

Beat well and bake in 3 layers in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Mix:

9 oz. Cool Whip
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, including juice

Ice cake and keep in refrigerator.
