YELLOW SHERRY CAKE 
MIX:

1/2 c. water
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. cream sherry
4 eggs

ADD:

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding

Mix well with electric mixer 2 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees 45-50 minutes.

Instead of lemon pudding, vanilla pudding can be used and also dark rum can be used.
