SHERRY PECAN CAKE | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 4 eggs 3/4 c. each cooking sherry, cooking oil & finely chopped pecans 3/4 tsp. nutmeg Mix ingredients together. Beat 4 minutes. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour 10 minutes in lightly greased tube pan. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan and place on cake rack to completely cool. Dust top with confectioners' sugar. |
