1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix, dry
1 box lemon Jello, dry
4 eggs, whole
Pinch of salt
2/3 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. lemon extract with enough water to make 2/3 c. liquid

Beat all above ingredients 4 minutes. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan, cool and sprinkle top with powdered sugar. A great cake for breakfast or anytime, and not too sweet for someone who is ill.
