1 pkg. yellow cake mix without pudding
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs, unbeaten
3/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sherry wine
1 tsp. nutmeg

Place all ingredients in bowl. Beat 5 minutes at medium speed. Bake in greased bundt pan for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
