SCALLOPED POTATOES 
8 med. potatoes, sliced
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. minced onions
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. milk

Alternate layers of potatoes, green pepper and onions in a greased baking dish. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Combine mushroom soup and milk, pour over casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Dot with butter, if desired.
