HOMINY CASSEROLE 
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion
Dash pepper
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 can hominy
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. ripe olives (optional)
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Melt butter. Add onion and cook 5 minutes. Add flour and milk; cook until thick. Add cheese, when melted add hominy. Put in buttered dish, top with bread crumbs and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
