ALL AMERICAN BAKED BEANS 
1 lb. navy or northern beans
8 oz. slab bacon, diced
1 c. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, diced
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. catsup
6 tbsp. maple syrup
6 tbsp. molasses
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

Boil beans 45 minutes to 1 hour, drain, reserve liquid.

Saute bacon until slightly crisp. Add onion and garlic, stir until wilted.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over beans and bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours on 300 degrees or until done. Add 3/4 cup reserved liquid and bake until thick. 10-12 servings.
