BARB-B-QUE 
1 med. onion, chopped or diced onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. celery, chopped

Brown onion in butter, and add all other ingredients. Let simmer for 30 minutes. Add diced cold meat and heat through. Place mixture on plain or toasted buns. Top with shredded cabbage. Serves 6-8.
