1 onion
1 summer squash, yellow
1 zucchini
1 can seasoned diced tomatoes
Olive oil
Hot pepper, optional
Oregano, salt and pepper
Meat strips may be added

Slice zucchini saute in olive oil until tender. Add tomatoes peppers and meat.
