HOMEMADE VEGETABLE SOUP | |
Serves: 4 or more. 1 qt. homemade tomato juice (or 1 qt. store bought tomato juice with 1/2 qt. water) 1 can tomatoes (or home canned) 4 diced potatoes 3 med. carrots (cut up) 1 med. onion (cut up) 1 to 2 c. frozen or fresh peas 1 c. frozen or fresh green beans 1 to 2 c. frozen or fresh corn 1 can Veg-All 2 beef bouillon cubes 1 lb. browned ground beef (or cut up leftover roast) Combine all ingredients (add tomato juice and water to desired consistency). Add or subtract vegetables as to preference. |
