VEGETABLE SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 qt. tomato
1 lg. tomato paste
4 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 stick butter
3 onions, chop fine
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tbsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. sugar

Saute all ingredients except tomatoes. Add tomatoes and tomato paste and cook 1 or 2 hours until slightly thick. Freezes well. Can add ground beef when ready to use.
