DEVILED EGGS 
1 dozen eggs
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp. minced onion; optional
1 tsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika
Sliced olives; optional

Boil eggs for 10-15 minutes; drain and fill pan with ice and cold water, let stand until cool. Peel and slice each egg in half lengthwise, placing egg yolk in separate bowl and egg white on serving platter. In bowl with egg yolk, thoroughly blend mayonnaise, mustard, pickle relish, onion, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Take a teaspoon and fill each egg white with egg yolk mixture, top with a sliced olive and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or more.
