DEVILED EGGS 
1 dozen large eggs
Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
White vinegar
Yellow mustard
Salt
Pepper
Sweet pickle relish

Hard boil a dozen eggs. Slice open and take yolks out. In a bowl smash yolks with a fork. Add 1 teaspoon at a time of mayonnaise until just moist. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add a dash of vinegar. Then add yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon at a time to taste. Then add sweet pickle relish 1 teaspoon at a time to taste. Stuff eggs with mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
