FRENCH TOAST 
1 slice sourdough bread
Egg substitute (equal 1 egg)
1 oz. (2 tbsp.) non-fat milk
1 dash vanilla extract, orange or almond extract

Mix the egg substitute, milk and flavoring in a bowl and dip the bread to soak up the mixture. Grill on a griddle sprayed with Pam. Serve with syrup, a fruit mixture or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
