BEEF GOULASH 
Heat 3 tablespoons salad oil in Dutch oven or electric skillet. Brown 1 pound (more or less) stew beef on all sides. Add and cook lightly 1/3 cup chopped onion and 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt.

Add:

1 c. water
1/3 c. catsup
2 tbsp. chili sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2/3 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
2/3 tsp. vinegar
2/3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Stir until well combined. Simmer, covered until tender - about 2 hours (adding water if necessary). Thicken with 1 tablespoon flour mixed with a little water. Serve on spaghetti, noodles or rice.
