BEEF GOULASH | |
1 tbsp. shortening or oil 1/4 c. canned tomato paste 2 c. water 1 1/2 lbs. cubed lean beef 1 env. onion soup mix In heavy saucepan heat oil; brown beef well. Stir in soup, tomato paste and water. Simmer, covered, 1 1/2 hours, until beef is tender. Serve over noodles. |
