GRANDMA'S BEEF GOULASH 
2 lbs. beef cubes
1/2 c. butter
2 leaves basil (optional)
2 c. beef broth
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
4 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. flour
1 pkg. wide egg noodles
1 c. fresh string beans

Mix flour, salt and coat meat. In big pot, brown meat on all sides, then add onions, paprika, broth. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer for 1 hour. Add sliced fresh mushrooms and pre-cooked mushrooms. Cover and cook for an additional 40 minutes. Boil noodles in salt water for 10-12 minutes and serve the meat over hot noodles.
