SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. can salmon (pink or red)
1 can condensed celery soup
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs

Flake salmon, remove bones and dark skin, add eggs, soup and bread crumbs. Place in greased loaf. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. No other seasoning is needed.
