1 sm. potato
1 sm. jar peanut butter
2 lb. confectioners' sugar

Cook and mash small potato. Add enough confectioners' sugar to make firm. Roll out on a powdered sugar, floured board. Smooth on peanut butter. Roll into a log. Slice into slices of thickness needed or desired. You may also melt chocolate chips over water and dip candy in it to add a chocolate taste.
