BASIC "SKINNY SHAKE" 
4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp.. paprika
1 tbsp. celery salt
1 tsp. pepper

Other seasonings such as onion or garlic powder, dried herbs, etc. may be added.

Mix these ingredients together with fork or pastry blender. Store in covered container. This crumb coating can be used on chicken, fish or potatoes. Dip pieces in water and then shake in a bag with Skinny Shake. Bake in a single layer at 375 degrees (hotter for potatoes and fish). At first it will seem dry, but then the oil comes out and makes a crisp coating.
