LEMON POUND CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix (4 serving size)
1/3 c. Crisco oil or Puritan oil
1 c. water
4 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and then flour pan (tube pan).

Blend all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees F. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Make lemon glaze while cake is cooking. See Potpourri Section for Lemon Icing Recipe.
